Broadleigh Care Home is lead by a home manager supported by a team of nurses, senior carers and carers, activities co-ordinator, chef and catering staff, and housekeeping staff. Administration and support staff are based at our Head Office in Peterborough.
We have a dedicated activities co-ordinator who organises internal and external activities for residents. The activity programme is tailored to meet peoples residential care needs and capability. A range of activities is provided on weekdays including clubs, visiting entertainers, group and individual activities, visits to local places of interest.
In response to the coronavirus outbreak in the UK all external entertainers and visits have been cancelled until further notice.
Broadleigh is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

We are working closely together to ensure that we meet the Care Quality Commission requirements and continue to improve our working practices. During this process we are monitoring our progress carefully through regular visits from senior managers and external audit.
